About the event
The Patchwork for Wildlife program offers practical strategies to transform any yard and garden, whether traditionally landscaped or already eco-friendly, into a thriving habitat for wildlife and pollinators. Beyond creating sustainable landscapes, the program shows you how to preserve and enhance your local environment while maintaining soil nutrients and reducing both maintenance time and costs. The presenter is Jon Gibbons, proprietor of Candide's Garden which provides a "menu of environmental solutions" for homeowners in coastal communities. He also leads the Patchwork for Wildlife™ program, and is founder of Candide's Garden & Friends, Inc., a 501[c]3 non-profit organization.
The event was organized by Red Bank's Patchwork for Wildlife™ program.
*While the Monmouth County Library is generously allowing us to use their space, this event is for everyone—not just Bookworms!
